Who are we?
Yankee & Associates, LLC (Y&A) was founded in 1996 by Tod Yankee to offer management consulting services to airports in the areas of business management planning and business process improvement. Drawing on his experience as an aviation leasing manager at one of the busiest airports in the United States and on his past experience working for passenger and cargo airlines, Mr. Yankee was rapidly able to secure clients in the United States, Canada, Caribbean and Latin America looking for his unique array of talents.
Building on the success of our early efforts, the Y&A team of professionals has a wide range of talents and experience to meet your organization's needs. The portfolio of services offered by Y&A has also grown to include business process improvement and workflows, organizational assessment and planning, business modeling and analysis, commercial management and revenue enhancement, GIS-based space management, and project management.
